1 Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Withdrawal Hold During Verification

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Prohibited Conduct

7 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph8555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ph8555 platform or its content.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of any game or wager, ph8555 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return the wagered amounts to the relevant players' accounts. ph8555's liability in any event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
